Orange County LAFCO Strategic Plan
Since 1996, the Orange County LAFCO Commission has annually conducted a strategic planning session. During past strategic sessions, the Commission has adopted three-year strategic plans, however, the 2008 strategic plan was adopted for one year. Adoption of a strategic plan for one year allows the Commission and staff to proactively plan for long-range projects, prioritize staffs efforts, and ensure the most efficient allocation of resources.
The Commission will review and discuss the strategic plan for 2009-2010 during the August 12th Strategic Planning Session.
